The role will act as a key liaison between business users, process owners, and technical support teams to ensure planning activities are executed successfully and system issues are resolved in a timely manner.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary Business Product Owner support analyst for Anaplan models.\nProvide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews.\nPerform data validation, root cause analysis, and issue triage for planning and reporting discrepancies.\nCoordinate with technical support teams to investigate and resolve system defects and enhancement requests.\nDocument business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing activities.\nMonitor model performance and identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.\nDevelop planning knowledge articles, training materials, and user guidance documentation.\nParticipate in governance forums and support prioritization of enhancement requests.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.\n2-3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems.\nExperience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work across business and technical teams.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nDemonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.\nWorking Model & Travel Requirements\nThis assignment follows a hybrid working model.\nParticipants are expected to work from the office at least 1-2 days per week to facilitate collaboration, learning, and knowledge transfer.\nMinimal travel may be required, subject to
