Analyses inventory levels, inventory positioning and production and sale forecasts. Oversees routing, scheduling, and storing of goods. Manages and improves inventory efficiency to ensure on time delivery and cost saving.\n1. Job Scope\nLead as main point of contact to the business for all systems related changes and maintenance.\nOwns testing and sign-off for change control.\nPerforms requirement gathering/ training for any new process / changes introduced\nSupport newly rolled out projects and tracks progress alongside with Business Leads\nActs as the conduit between IT and Business Leads on system related matters\nPerform a relationship management role in supporting functional heads and the project management group.\nSupport Supply Chain/Deliver projects where new process / system changes are required\nNew Product Introduction End to End setup and testing\n· Project Managed new process / system changes\n· Conduct Business Improvement activities where opportunities arise\n· Help to specify and document required business process enhancements\n· Develop Test Plans for system enhancements\n· Perform User Acceptance Testing for system enhancement\n· Maintain documentation and change control on all system processes\n· Build and lead a team of functional leads and master data leads\n· Drive the performance of the team through KPI, regular reviews and internal continuous improvement.\n2. Main Responsibilities\nSupport end users in executing business processes\nEffectively liaise with the IT function to ensure day to day processes and projects are delivered\nProject Manage in test plan development, Testing for system enhancements & projects\nEnsure alignment of Education & Training material to actual Business Process task & activities\n· Daily monitoring SAP interfaces to external systems (WebMethods, eCommerce, EDI)\n· Support Business Improvement function in performing Business Process improvements\n· Management and resolution of system issues\nSupport regional and global system changes.\nSet up a team, manage it, grow the team and function; and drive performance/quality from the team\nundefined\n4. Organisation Chart\nReport to the Deliver Excellence Associate Director who is located in Singapore\nNo direct report initially but expected to grow the team to 5-8pax within 12 months\n5. Background information and Main Activities\nA business process expert who bridges the gap between the business and IT, a key enabler in supply chain related enhancements. By understanding the business needs and translating them into IT requirements we can ensure the technical solution will deliver expected business results. Business process experts understand the end-to-end solution so innovation and evolution can happen.\n6. Knowledge / Experience / Skills required\nEssential skills\nThorough knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain and Sales applications and principles.\nVery good business knowledge and SAP-skills in SD/MM module\nUnderstanding SAP to external systems communication (EDI)\nKnowledge of the end-to-end business processes that relate to your SAP (\"big picture of enterprise structure\")\nExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. The ability to explain complex system processes in an appropriate way for the intended audience.\nHigh level of accuracy & attention to detail in a fast moving high volume environment.\nPrioritization and allocation of workload \nAnalytical skills, problem solving capacity.
