At Johnson & Johnson, we respect the diversity and dignity of our employees and recognize their merit.\nJob Function:\nFinanceJob Sub Function:\nAP/ARJob Category:\nProfessionalAll Job Posting Locations:\nBangalore, Karnataka, IndiaJob Description:\nOverall responsibilities\nSupport GTO Finance Commercial Lead with all aspects of an S/4 Hana ERP deployment. \nTake a leading role in representing the finance function in the cross-functional Transcend Finance Commercial pillar\nCollaborate with Transcend functional teams to translate design requirements for Finance Commercial processes into a Global Template design.\nIn collaboration with the GTO Finance Commercial Lead, support in managing the interdependencies with Signifi/Transact in the areas of Order to Cash and Reporting.\nProcess Pre-Design\nCollaborate closely with Transcend BPOs and business SMEs to gain in-depth understanding of finance Commercial and Reporting processes and deliver key design decisions, process taxonomy, process flows, business requirements, business user stories and manage all compliance aspects.\nPartner with JJT and external partners to explore and assess technology options which support business requirements.\nProcess Design\nCollaborate with GPO and GS teams in designing Order to Cash and processes and outlining Reports in SAP FIORI.\nDocument future design as part of Global Template build\nBuild\nReview and align BUS, Acceptance Criteria, L4 and Persona\nWork with UAM for Persona and corresponding Fiori App confirmation\nWork with CE team for Pricing Procedure confirmation with correct account keys to conditions\nDiscuss and align on Order Reasons new or existing for different sales processes Free of Charge, Returns, Credit Memo, Debit Memo with CE teams\nPrepare and provide all foundation O2C, Account Determination configuration to TPO & Accenture\nDiscuss, align and support any Transact requirement related to GtN, Revenue, Reporting in TIME. Work with TPO and Accenture to confirm the design for the requirement.\nReview DEMO and confirm the build\nRegular connect and alignment with CE as well as Transact team\nData Validation(Cutover) & Testing\nProvide condition records related to Finance postings based on order reasons to CE team\nProvide release specific KT to Deployment team\nReview and confirm BPS for BST/UAT with GPO and Deployment\nReview and confirm Test Scripts with steps\nAnalyze and solve the testing defects\nCo-ordinate with CE team and support Deployment team for testing\nHypercare\nAnalyze and provide solution to Hypercare and Operate state issues\nRequired Minimum Education: University degree in Finance or Economics\nOther: Previous experience in Finance roles is required preferably in supply chain and/or a principal company environment\nRequired Years of Related Experience: 6+ years\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)\nKnowledge and Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash (Accounts Receivables) and Reporting is required. \nKnowledge on Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) and Intercompany processes would be preferable for this role\nExperience with process development and improvement\nStrong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.\nPassionate to develop expertise in
