The Account to Report (A2R) process area is a team of credo based, talented, finance experts structured in a Global Process based organization, executing processes in a compliant and efficient way through standardization and automation. Following the successful set-up of the new hub in Bangalore, this position will be in Bangalore working in the Account to Report (A2R) team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBe compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo\nMaintain Operational Excellence\nResponsible for executing accounting and daily operations for Account to Report (A2R) areas. \nTimely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements. \nAccountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope. \nDriving deep expertise, ensuring team are fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas. \nSupport auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities. \nUnderstand, adhere, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures.
