This role will be focused on supporting the MedTech Run State and Project Deployments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEffectively oversee multiple projects concurrently in fast past high stress environment\nWork with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications/updates\nEnd to end ownership on data loads & validation in high level of detail\nDetailed understanding of Affiliate/Intercompany within J&J\nData cleaning and analysis\nLiaise and escalate process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders. Know enough of the financial models and processes to ask critical questions, frame issues, and drive results.\nAccountable for overall customer satisfaction during deployment process\nAccountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required\nContinuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global template\nContinuously enforce implementation of the PMO standards and approach for deployment end-to-end\nDevelop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives\nWork with global teams to ensure the organization is enabled to drive deeper standardization efforts.\nThinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback.\n Qualifications\nA Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance\nA minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance\nExperience in Finance Master Data including data load process - Preferred\nFamiliarity with Affiliate Customer/Vendor Master Data - REQUIRED\nExperience in manufacturing or supply chain environments - Preferred\nExperience in Data Cleansing and Deep Analysis\nSAP/ERP experience -
