This role within the Innovative Medicine APAC team - HCP Experience Product Group - will engage business stakeholders to shape strategy and enable best-in-class customer experience to Health Care Professionals (HCP) from field engagement teams and digital touchpoints in a product centric operating model.\nThis role reports into the regional HCP Experience Product Group Director and operates in close partnership with the China business leadership and technology teams, as well as strong alignment to regional leadership.\nThe primary focus of this role will be to provide senior technical product vision and leadership for China customer engagement capabilities, spanning multiple internal J&J platforms and external China eco-systems. This role owns the vision and leads the prioritization of new technical features and enhancements for their portfolio of products. Marketing Automation (Hypers), SalesForce Effectiveness (SFE) and HCPO/Patient Portal\nKnowledge of related technical domains such as Content Lifecycles (Veeva Vault, Modular Content) and Data Analytics/Data Science will be highly regarded\nExperience of HealthCare solutions for engaging Doctors, Careers or Patients through in-person or digital channels is highly desired\nProven track record of successful project delivery in China with a complex, global organization is required.\nUnderstanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs and risks is required.\nWorking knowledge of SDLC, Agile and rRDM including requirements elicitation, system
