As part of our engaged and inclusive Supply Chain organization in Beerse, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive high-impact strategic programs in an aseptic manufacturing environment, leading the end-to-end site introduction of innovative products and technologies with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainable operational success.\nRole Purpose\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide end-to-end leadership for assigned programs, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, resource requirements, and funding commitments.\nBuild and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, MSAT, Quality Assurance, EH&S, Operations, Supply Chain, and relevant partners throughout the broader organization.\nEngage local and global stakeholders, communicate progress in governance forums, and provide clear recommendations to support decision-making.\nDrive alignment between global and site organizations to ensure prioritization aligned with strategy, decisions, and program execution.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and organizational change.\nPlan, allocate, and optimize resources across program workstreams to support effective and timely execution.\nChampion continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and leading initiatives that improve overall operational and technical performance in a sustainable way.\nLead change management and organisational readiness by assessing impact, engaging stakeholders, coordinating communication.\nQualifications and Experience\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or equivalent through experience.\nAt least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing industry.\nStrong understanding of aseptic manufacturing and new technology and product introductions\nProven experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams in a complex stakeholder environment.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect technical, operational, and leadership audiences.\nAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and create structure while solving complex issues with a team.\nStrong quality and safety mindset, compliance orientation, and focus on reliable execution.\nExperience with agile delivery routines, sprint coordination, issue tracking, and knowledge management tools is an asset.\nFluent in spoken and written English.
