The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.\nJob Overview\nThe Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes’ business growth across the region. This role manages end-to-end recruitment activities, partners closely with hiring managers, and delivers a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. The position offers exposure to diverse roles and stakeholders within a global MedTech organization and the opportunity to directly impact workforce capability and organizational success.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination. \nPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines. \nSource and engage candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms. \nConduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. \nEnsure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. \nMaintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in applicant tracking systems. \nTrack and report on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement and transparency. \nEnsure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data-privacy requirements. \nWhere required to be managed locally:\nDocument handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures. \nRecords management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva. \nCompliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination. \nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. \nMaster’s degree preferred. \nExperience and Skills:\nRequired:\n4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. \nExperience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles. \nStrong interviewing, assessment, and candidate-engagement skills. \nAbility to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR partners. \nProficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools. \nPreferred:\nExperience recruiting in a regulated industry such as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare. \nExperience supporting regional or multinational recruitment activities. \nExposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting practices. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nFamiliarity with sourcing strategies, employer branding, and talent market mapping. \nOther:\nLanguage: Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency required for local market interaction. \nTravel: Minimal travel expected. \nCertifications: HR or recruiting certifications preferred but not required. \nJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
