Apply now for this exciting opportunity!\nThe Manufacturing Product and Packaging Operations supervisor will support the execution of strategic initiatives for the Ottava production team. This role will focus on hiring, training and mentoring team members. In addition, this candidate will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks through Lean and Six Sigma, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive and responsible for daily production build plan \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottleneck \nSupervise a team of technicians, hire and train new team members and mentors existing ones \nUtilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement \nManage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. \nDocument and share best practices across teams to foster innovation and operational excellence. \nTrack performance metrics and report progress to leadership.\nQualifications:\nEducation:\nA minimum of Associate’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required \nRequired Skills:\nA minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience \nSupervisory experience in medical devices \nExperience in Lean and Six Sigma and other continuous improvement processes. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExperience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams. \nStrong personnel management skills \nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in capital equipment in medical device manufacturing \nFamiliarity with medical device labeling and packaging. \nOther:\nMay require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations \nThe attendance Policy for this position is Fully Onsite\nThis role is for second shift.\nJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
