This role provides a structured learning experience and drive ownership in the following areas:\nOperational Excellence:\n1. Ensuring the day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely. (Returns, Replacement, Penalty Payments)\n2. Collects data and prepares routine reports for management review.\n3. Work with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.\n4. To support PAP and PTA deliverables from Supply Chain Deliver’s end.\n5. Leads on Weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings and 4PL Business Review Meetings.\nAudit Preparation and Readiness:\n1. Supports in audit documentation preparation and supporting documents.\n2. To support in audits by being the audit scribe/backroom support.\nProject Management:\n1. Supports initiatives and project implementations by providing ideas, suggestions, data collection, executing deliverables.\n2.
