In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes atan appropriate timeand subject to any necessary consultation processes.\nJob Overview\nThe Recruiter plays a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent to support DePuy Synthes’ business priorities in the local market. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality, compliant, andtimelyhiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position contributes directly to building strong teams, supporting business growth, and strengthening DePuy Synthes’ employer brand in a competitive and regulated talent environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.\n\nSource candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing techniques.\n\nScreen and assess candidates against job requirements to ensure quality andfit.\n\nCoordinate interview processes and supporttimelyhiring decisions.\n\nMaintainaccuratecandidate records and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems.\n\nDeliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience aligned with DePuy Synthes values.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and reporting.\n\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field isrequired.\n\nPostgraduate qualification in HR or Talent Management is preferred.\n\nExperience and Skills:\nRequired:\nTypically2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles.\n\nExperience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.\n\nStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.\n\nAbility to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.\n\nExperience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience recruiting in ashared services, corporate, or global environment.\n\nExposure tohiring fortechnical, corporate, or operations roles.\n\nExperience using data and metrics to improve recruiting outcomes.\n\nFamiliarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing activities.\n\nExperience in healthcare, medicaldevice, or other regulated industries.\n\nOther:\nLanguages:Chineese and
