The program brings together process, policy, templates, technology, data, and intelligence to establish a scalable, modern contracting foundation across Johnson & Johnson.\nThe Technical Product Owner, GSINC Contracting Solution will be responsible for translating the product strategy into an executable technology roadmap and scalable delivery model. This role will be responsible for the product backlog, shape priorities, coordinate dependencies, and establish the Agile and release practices required to support multiple concurrent deployments and continuous product evolution across the enterprise.\nThis is not simply a backlog-management role. The Technical Product Owner will help define how GSINC technology is built, released, scaled, and continuously improved, working across business, product, engineering, architecture, implementation partners, and platform teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Ownership and Roadmap\nOwn and continuously refine the product roadmap and backlog for the GSINC Contracting Solution, aligned to business priorities and enterprise strategy.\nTranslate business capabilities, process requirements, and user needs into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical priorities.\nDrive prioritization based on value, user impact, technical dependencies, risk, scalability, and delivery capacity.\nMaintain a clear view of product health, technical debt, platform enhancements, integrations, defects, and innovation opportunities.\nAgile Delivery and Product Management\nLead Agile product practices across backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, release planning, demos, retrospectives, and improvement.\nBalance near-term deployment requirements with the long-term integrity and scalability of the enterprise product.\nUse product metrics, user feedback, adoption data, and operational performance to continually refine priorities.\nConcurrent Release and Deployment Model\nDesign and operationalize an innovative delivery model that enables multiple GSINC deployments, enhancements, and product releases to progress concurrently.\nEstablish release trains, development pathways, environment strategies, dependency management, testing approaches, and governance needed to move from sequential implementation toward continuous, parallel delivery.\nDefine how enterprise product capabilities and business-specific deployments can advance simultaneously without creating unnecessary customization, fragmentation, or release conflicts.\nCreate repeatable delivery patterns that allow GSINC to increase deployment velocity as adoption expands across business units, functions, and geographies.\nIdentify delivery bottlenecks and continually improve the operating model to increase throughput, predictability, quality, and speed.\nLead solution architects and engineering teams to ensure product decisions align with enterprise architecture, security, data, and technology standards.\nChampion reusable enterprise capabilities and configuration over unnecessary customization.\nPerformance and Continuous Improvement\nDefine and monitor product and delivery measures including adoption, release velocity, cycle time, quality, defects, stability, user experience, and business value.\nUse data to identify bottlenecks, prioritize improvements, and increase delivery throughput.\nProvide concise leadership updates on roadmap progress, releases, risks, dependencies, product health, and outcomes.\nContinuously evolve the GSINC product and delivery model as the program scales globally.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience in technical product ownership, product management, Agile delivery, enterprise technology, or digital transformation.\nDemonstrated experience serving as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner for a complex enterprise platform or product.\nStrong experience with Agile product development, backlog management, release planning, dependency management, and cross-functional delivery.\nExperience designing or operating delivery models that support multiple parallel workstreams, release trains, or concurrent deployments.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical capabilities, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience working across engineering, architecture, business, testing, integration, data, and implementation teams.\nExperience with enterprise SaaS platforms, workflow technology, integrations, APIs, data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.\nContract Lifecycle Management or enterprise contracting experience preferred.\nExperience with platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jira and modern Agile/product management practices preferred.\nAgile, Product Owner, Scrum, SAFe, or product management certification preferred.\nLeadership Capabilities\nProduct mindset: Owns outcomes and product health, not simply requirements, ceremonies, or delivery activity.\nTechnical fluency: Connects business needs with architecture, engineering, data, integration, and platform capabilities.\nEnterprise thinking: Builds reusable capabilities that scale across businesses and geographies while managing legitimate local requirements.\nDelivery orchestration: Creates the structure, cadence, and discipline required for multiple teams and releases to move concurrently.\nBias for action: Works through ambiguity, removes obstacles, and moves teams toward decisions and outcomes.\nStrong judgment: Understands when to standardize, when to sequence, when to escalate, and where technical debt or complexity could constrain scale.\nInfluence: Builds alignment across business, technology, vendors, and leadership without
