You will focus on managing integrated schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications across Business, Technical, External Systems, and AI workstreams. You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery activities remain aligned, visible, and on track.\nKey Workstreams\nTechnical Workstream: Track solution design, build progress, development dependencies, testing readiness, release milestones, and technical risks.\n Closely Coupled Systems Workstream: Track as-is integration capabilities across 5 closely coupled systems (Digital, MDM, Data & Insights, AI, Content) and coordinate market rollout dependencies and schedules\nAI Workstream: Support planning and delivery coordination for AI-enabled capabilities, including use case alignment, data dependencies, validation activities, and governance checkpoints.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain an integrated project plan covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions focusing on the technical workstreams - Tech Common Core, Data, Integration and Closely Coupled Systems workstreams\nFacilitate workstream meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates with clear agendas, outcomes, actions, and follow-ups.\nPartner with business stakeholders, technology teams, AI teams, vendors, and external system owners to sequence activities effectively and resolve delivery dependencies.\nMaintain accurate RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, meeting notes, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting materials.\nProactively identify delivery risks, blockers, scope impacts, and cross-workstream dependencies, escalating critical items with clear recommendations and mitigation options.\nSupport sprint or milestone tracking, testing coordination, release readiness, cutover planning, implementation activities, and post-go-live follow-up.\nEnsure deliverables are clearly defined, assigned, tracked, reviewed, and accepted in line with agreed project governance and quality standards.\nPromote disciplined delivery execution, transparent communication, and consistent follow-through across all workstreams.\nQualifications\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n8-12 years of project management experience, preferably within complex technology, digital transformation, systems integration, data, automation, or AI-enabled programmes.\nStrong experience coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, and delivery timelines in a structured project environment.\nGood understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, project governance, release management, testing coordination, and change control practices.\nAbility to convert high-level objectives into practical plans, workback schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and stakeholder-ready status updates.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage business users, technical teams, vendors, external system owners, and senior leaders.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong facilitation, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities.\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical technology, regulated industries, or regional enterprise environments is preferred.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.\nTools and Ways of Working\nProficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and project reporting templates.\nExperience using project delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.\nComfortable creating and maintaining integrated plans, workstream trackers, RAID logs, action logs, decision records, dependency maps, and leadership dashboards.\nAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with parallel priorities, evolving requirements, and multiple internal and external stakeholders.\nBrings a
