This role will serve as the logistics deployment lead, partnering across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Process Owners, and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of logistics capabilities within SAP S/4HANA and supporting platforms.\nPosition Summary\nThe Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager is responsible for leading logistics readiness, deployment planning, business engagement, and execution activities during global ERP transformation deployments. This individual will work across multiple regions, sites, and functional areas to ensure logistics business processes, master data, integrations, testing, training, and change management activities are successfully delivered.\nThe role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and supply chain expertise to enable seamless adoption of standardized logistics processes while ensuring business continuity throughout deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeployment Leadership\nLead logistics deployment activities for Transcend program releases and site implementations.\nPartner with global process owners and deployment teams to execute best practice deployment strategies and timelines.\nDrive logistics workstream readiness assessments and risk mitigation plans.\nEnsure alignment between business requirements and standardized global solutions.\nSupply Chain & Logistics Process Management\nSupport end-to-end logistics processes including:Inventory Management\nWarehouse Management Operations\nShop floor inventory management\nTransportation Management\nDistribution and Fulfillment\nThird-Party Logistics (3PL) Integration, including off site storage sites and vendor managed inventory.\nBatch Traceability and Serialization\nGoods Receipt, Internal goods movements, and Goods Issue Processes\n\nFacilitate fit-gap discussions and deployment decisions with business stakeholders.\nBusiness Readiness & Change Management\nCoordinate business simulation testing (BST), user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and cutover activities.\nEnsure business users are prepared to adopt new processes and technologies.\nDevelop deployment communications and executive status reporting.\nManage stakeholder expectations and drive issue resolution.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and IT organizations.\nCollaborate with external logistics providers and integration partners.\nSupport master data readiness and data governance activities.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities that enhance service, efficiency, and compliance.\nGovernance & Risk Management\nTrack deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.\nPresent deployment readiness updates to leadership teams and governance forums.\nMonitor deployment KPIs and stabilization activities post go-live.\nEnsure adherence to compliance, quality, and validation requirements.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field required.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nRequired Experience\nMinimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Deployment, Operations, or Program Management.\nExperience implementing enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects in a complex, global environment.\nStrong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management processes.\nExperience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting global ERP transformation programs.\nKnowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries.\nExperience with deployment methodologies, cutover planning, and change management.\nFamiliarity with master data management and systems integration.\nCertification in Project Management (PMP), Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma is preferred.\nSAP HANA S/4 transactional and table knowledge\nFamiliar with IM/GL and data migration process\nLeadership Competencies\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate:\nStrong enterprise mindset and strategic thinking\nAbility to influence across all levels of the organization\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills\nData-driven decision making\nContinuous improvement mindset\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive results\nStrong collaboration and team leadership capabilities\nWhat You'll Bring\nPassion for transforming business processes through technology.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.\nProven success delivering results in matrixed environments.\nCommitment to Johnson & Johnson's Credo values and patient-first mindset.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Johnson & Johnson, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by helping deploy transformative digital capabilities across our global supply chain network.
