They partner with business, technology, testing, cutover, hypercare, change management, and program leadership teams to ensure successful deployments that meet program standards, timelines, quality requirements, and governance expectations. The Deployment Manager drives deployment readiness, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates release activities, and supports execution across the full deployment lifecycle.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDeployment Planning & Execution\nLead deployment execution across global ERP releases and functional workstreams, developing and managing integrated deployment plans, KPIs, deliverables, and readiness activities.\nMonitor deployment progress, identify risks and issues, and drive resolution to ensure successful delivery against program objectives and timelines.\nGovernance & Readiness\nSupport deployment governance, stage-gate reviews, and release readiness assessments while ensuring adherence to Transcend methodologies, standards, and operating procedures.\nCoordinate status reporting, executive communications, and leadership updates, maintaining transparency of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner with business, technology, testing, compliance, change management, training, cutover, and hypercare teams to ensure coordinated deployment execution.\nInfluence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across highly matrixed global teams to drive alignment and achieve deployment objectives.\nRisk & Dependency Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate deployment risks and cross-functional dependencies, raising critical issues and driving timely resolution.\nMaintain executive-ready reporting and deployment health metrics to support informed decision-making and effective governance.\nContinuous Improvement\nPromote standardization, simplification, and adoption of deployment best practices across releases and workstreams.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance deployment efficiency, scalability, operational excellence, and future release success.\nOther\nDevelop and document Contracting, Pricing, and Billing user requirements with acceptance criteria.\nDemonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize, and effectively meet deadlines with little supervision.\nMap Contracting, Pricing, and Billing business processes with a focus on testing, reporting, and documenting findings.\nProvide Contracting, Pricing, and Billing support on best practices implementation and rollout to all Regions.\nVisually design communication content based on best practices to efficiently showcase Contracting and Pricing Customer Service team successes and ensure consistent messaging in the communication campaigns.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nEDUCATION:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; MBA or advanced degree, or focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred\nCertifications preferred: Project Management (PMP, FPX, or equivalent), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAP\nEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:\nRequired:\nMinimum 6 years of relevant work experience\nDemonstrated experience in Project Management and/or Program Management\nExperience with an ERP deployment and/or business transformation\nCustomer Service and/or Commercial Contracting, Billing, and Pricing knowledge\nExperience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related leadership role\nProven track record to lead complex initiatives in highly matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams through strong communication and presentation skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on execution and results delivery\nExperience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated environments (e.g., cGMP, SDLC)\nPreferred:\nExperience in testing processes, cutover planning, and hypercare support\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies\nExperience leading global teams and collaborating across regions and cultures\nOther:\nRequires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally;
