This role helps ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, andon-timedelivery to customers while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The position offers the opportunity to directlyimpactpatient care by supporting reliable distribution of orthopedic products and to contribute to continuous improvement across warehouse operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise daily warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.\n\nMonitor inventory levels, review inventory reports, and support cycle counts and reconciliations between physical and system inventory.\n\nEnsure compliance with shipping commitments, evaluate delivery timelines, and take corrective actions to address delays or operational issues.\n\nOversee inspection of incoming materials to confirm conformity with orders, specifications, and quality requirements, coordinating returns ofnon-conformingmaterials as needed.\n\nCoordinate distribution and transportation activities to support efficient andcost-effectivemovement of goods.\n\nSupervise and support warehouse team members, promoting safe work practices, adherence to procedures, and effective execution of daily tasks.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse and transportation operations, data, and processes.\n\nPrepare, process, and ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipment documentation.\n\nAct as an escalation point for warehouse or distribution issues requiringtimelyresolution.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, ora relatedfield (required).\n\nAdditionalcoursework or certification inlogisticsor operations management (preferred).\n\nExperience and Skills\nRequired:\n4-6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.\n\nExperience supervising or leading warehouse teams orday-to-dayoperational activities.\n\nWorking knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse processes.\n\nAbility to analyze operational data and reports to supportdecision-makingand improvements.\n\nAbility to work in afast-pacedwarehouse environment, including standing and moving throughout the facility asrequired.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience in regulated environments such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare supply chains.\n\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.\n\nExperience supporting continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.\n\nPrior experience coordinating with transportation providers orthird-partylogisticspartners.\n\nDemonstratedpeople-leadershipor coaching experience.\n\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.\n\nOther\nLanguages:Spanish (required); Englishproficiency(preferred).\n\nTravel:Limited; occasional local travel may berequired(\n\nCertifications:Logistics, supply chain, or safety certifications (preferred).\n\nFor more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness,careerand life journey, please visitwww.careers.jnj.com.\nJohnson & Johnson announced plans to separate ourOrthopaedicsbusiness toestablisha standaloneorthopaedicscompany,operatingas DePuy Synthes.
