This role offers hands on exposure to HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, document management and process improvement initiatives.\nThe successful candidate will support day-to-day HR activities while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent service.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of documents and coordination with stakeholders.\nAssist with scanning, digitizing, and uploading employee documents into Workday\nMaintain and update employee records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.\nAssist in drafting HR communications, letters, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows.\nMonitor and track HR requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.\nAssist with HR reporting, data analysis, and employee data audits.\nParticipate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other ad hoc assignments as required.\nEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration,\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nGood organizational skills with strong attention to detail.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong numerical and analytical abilities.\nAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.\nPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.\nStrong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset.\nExperience with data entry or administrative work would be an added advantage.\nWhat You Will Gain\nHands-on exposure to HR operations and employee lifecycle management.\nExperience working with HR systems such as Workday.\nExposure to onboarding, offboarding and HR administration processes.\nOpportunity to contribute to SOP development and process improvement projects.\nMentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.\nTo submit your application, please click the \"Apply\" button online.\nAll applications are carefully considered and your details will be stored on our secure Application Management System.
