Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.\nThe role: \nAs a Material Handler, you will help drive our goals by: \nHandling, processing and shipping precious metal materials while maintaining accurate transaction records. \nSupporting material flow across Supply Chain, Production and Logistics to help achieve OTIF delivery targets. \nPerforming material weighing, inventory management, stock verification and physical inventory activities. \nEnsuring all shipments are packed, documented and transported in line with safety, security and regulatory requirements. \nMaintaining compliance with EH&S standards, security procedures and quality requirements. \nAssisting with equipment checks, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role: \nPrevious hands-on experience in material handling, logistics, warehousing or a manufacturing environment. \nStrong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams. \nComputer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory or ERP systems. \nStrong organizational, prioritization and problem-solving abilities. \nAbility to work independently, follow procedures and take ownership of daily tasks. \nCommitment to safety, quality, integrity and continuous improvement.\nEven if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!\nWhat we offer: \nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
