As a Production Process Control Engineer, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.\nThe role:\nAs a Production Process Control Engineer you will help drive our goals by:\nSetting up, monitoring and troubleshooting PGM and non-PGM diesel catalyst coating processes during assigned shifts.\n\nOptimizing process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, minimize rejects and limit downtime.\n\nEnsuring products consistently meet customer and quality specifications through effective process control.\n\nSupporting the introduction of new technologies by developing procedures and training colleagues.\n\nCollecting and reporting operational, safety and process data including shift summaries and incident reports.\n\nChampioning health, safety and environmental compliance in line with JM Life Saving Policies.\n\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:\nBachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering.\n\nExperience working in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.\n\nStrong understanding of process optimization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.\n\nWorking knowledge of health, safety and environmental compliance in an industrial setting.\n\nAbility to train, coach and collaborate effectively within shift-based teams.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nEven if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!\nWhat we offer:\nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
