Position works directly with the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Accounts Payable Manager.\nThis is a hybrid position in office 3 days a week at our St. Paul office.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProcess/Audit invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with Accounts Payable guidelinesAudit:Ensure spend categories and cost centers are accurate\nVerify correct supplier is being paid with current address\nSubmitted payment amount is accurate and matches supplier invoice\nAccurate supplier invoice date and supplier invoice number\n\n3 Way PO Matching process for product-based supplier invoices. Compare supplier invoice, inventory receipt and purchase order to ensure all key components match before releasing paymentAudit: case quantities, FOB, gallonage, and supplier\n\nReconcile Accounts Payable transactions\nMonitor open payables\nEnsure credit memos are utilized timely\nResearch supplier statements\nRespond professionally and timely to all Supplier/Vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status\nAssist with month end close process\nAssist Johnson Brothers locations with inquiries regarding proper Accounts Payable processes and outside inquiries\nSkills & Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience\nExperience working in Workday software is preferred\nEffective and efficient communication skills; both written and verbal\nAbility to maintain confidentiality concerning financial aspects of the company\nAttention to detail while maintaining a high level of accuracy\nAbility to multitask is a must; work daily within multiple accounting programs at once\nComputer proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet applications\nThe expected pay range for this role is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
