As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance at work.\nJob Description:\nShift: Mon-Thurs night, 5:30 PM start, 10+ hour shifts\nKey job responsibilities:\nOrder Selection & Replenishment\nSchedule and coordinate order selection and replenishment activities according to production and delivery requirements.\nEnsure all orders are selected accurately and replenishments are completed on time.\nPersonnel Management\nHire, train, and develop selection and replenishment personnel.\nManage, coach, and evaluate employees to ensure performance and compliance with company standards.\nFoster a positive and safe work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.\nOperations & Quality Control\nMaintain established quality standards for order selection and warehouse operations.\nOversee loading and unloading of products to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.\nCoordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnforce and maintain all safety policies and procedures for the shift.\nConduct regular safety inspections and ensure all incidents are properly reported and addressed.\nAdministrative & Payroll Oversight\nManage timekeeping and payroll for shift personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\nComplete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.\nAdditional Duties\nPerform other warehouse duties and projects as assigned by management.\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years of supervisory experience leading warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar operations.\nExperience leading teams of 20 or more employees.\nDemonstrated experience handling employee relations, coaching, performance management, interviewing, and hiring.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nMust be able to work assigned hours\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment safely and promote safe work practices.\nMust be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nExperience leading teams through operational or organizational change.\nThe expected pay range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
