This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop insights, streamline workflows, and implement solutions that drive business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze operational data and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards.\nEvaluate current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\nSupport strategic planning initiatives through research, forecasting, and analysis.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.\nPartner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify operational solutions.\nConduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and root cause investigations.\nAssist in the implementation and management of operational projects and process improvements.\nPrepare presentations and recommendations for management teams.\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities as needed.\nDocument business processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, or a related role.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Power Bi or other data analysis tools.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nProject management experience or certification.\nExperience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS or workforce management platforms.\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking\nStrategic Planning\nProcess Improvement\nData Interpretation\nBusiness Acumen\nStakeholder Management\nCommunication Skills\nProject Coordination\nProblem Solving\nTime Management\nSuccess Measures\nImproved operational efficiency and process performance.\nAccurate and timely reporting and analysis.\nSuccessful implementation of process improvement initiatives.\nAchievement of KPI and business performance targets.\nPositive stakeholder and leadership feedback.\nJohnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fair treatment and hiring based on qualifications.
