Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry!Job Description:\nThis position has primary responsibility for coordinating delivery operations including routing, delivering and backhauling activities.\n\nJob Description\nThe Delivery Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the delivery department to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective distribution of products to customers. This role provides direct leadership to CDL and Non CDL delivery drivers and while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and customer service standards. The supervisor drives operational performance through coaching, route optimization, safety leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nJob Duties:\nLead and supervise a team of CDL and Non CDL delivery drivers\n\nEnsure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, ELD, and Hours of Service regulations.\n\nConduct driver coaching, ride-alongs, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.\n\nAnalyze routing efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce miles, labor, and transportation costs.\n\nOversee the external maintenance providers of the company-owned delivery fleet to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and available to meet operational demands.\n\nManage labor scheduling, overtime, and staffing levels to meet operational demands.\n\nEnsure vehicle inspections, equipment utilization, and maintenance issues are addressed.\n\nInvestigate accidents, injuries, and customer service incidents while implementing corrective actions\n\nLead pre-shift meetings emphasizing safety, customer service, and operational priorities.\n\nReview transportation KPIs including:\nOn-time delivery\n\nPM Compliance\n\nDelivery accuracy\n\nDVIR Compliance\n\nDOT compliance\n\nAccident frequency\n\nDriver productivity\n\nCost per stop\n\nCases per mile\n\nRoute efficiency\n\nLeadership Responsibilities\nRecruit, train, onboard, and develop the delivery team.\n\nBuild a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nCoach employees to achieve individual and team performance goals.\n\nFoster collaboration across office, operations, warehouse, and sales teams.\n\nRecognize employee achievements while addressing performance issues promptly.\n\nQualifications\n5+ Years of transportation experience\n\nCDL License preferred\n\nExperience managing a company-owned commercial fleet, including preventive maintenance programs, vehicle repairs, regulatory compliance, and asset utilization.\n\nWorking knowledge of fleet maintenance best practices, commercial vehicle systems, and DOT inspection and maintenance requirements.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills\n\nAbility to analyze operational and financial performance data\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office\n\nJohnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fair treatment and hiring based on qualifications.
