This role combines business acumen with technical expertise in ServiceMax and Salesforce platforms. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders from business and IT teams to translate service business needs into effective and scalable solutions.\nHow you will do it\nLead end-to-end ServiceMax/Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation.\n\nGather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications aligned with best practices.\n\nCollaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and IT teams to ensure effective solution design, integration, and delivery.\n\nConfigure ServiceMax modules (Work Orders, Entitlements, Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance, Dispatch Console) and develop Salesforce/ServiceMax customizations, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.\n\nConduct testing, support UAT, and maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation, including support runbooks.\n\nDeliver training, provide ServiceMax subject matter expertise, and support solution adoption across teams.\n\nMentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within Architecture, Business Analysis, and Managed Services teams.\n\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate collaboration, influence, and accountability aligned with company values.\n\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nExperience in theField Service domain.\n\nImplementation experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English.\n\nPreferred\nMaster’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).\n\nAbility to create custom solutions using ServiceMax tools such as Service Flow Manager, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow.\n\nProven experience in implementing mobile applications like ServiceMax GO.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience in field service-intensive industries (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, medical devices).\n\nKnowledge of Databases - Oracle, SQL Server.\n\nOur salary and benefits\nThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2,700 - €4,215 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
