You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, assessing security posture, and guiding secure technology deployments across the enterprise.\nHow you will do it\nDesign & Architecture\nDevelop and implement enterprise-wide security reference architectures.\n\nEnsure alignment with global security standards and policies.\n\nApprove final designs and validate builds for compliance.\n\nFollow the Security Posture Assessment process, which involves research, validation, and evaluation of all new initiatives, with phase gates reviews presented to all stakeholders during the process\n\nSecurity Assessment & Compliance\nConduct security posture assessments for new initiatives.\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks in third-party solutions.\n\nEnsure adherence to regulatory and internal security requirements.\n\nCollaboration & Consulting\nPartner with service management and stakeholders to gather requirements.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to business units and IT teams.\n\nProvide expert input on security standards, roadmaps, and infrastructure.\n\nDocumentation & Communication\nCreate high-quality technical documentation, white papers, and presentations.\n\nCommunicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nStay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.\n\nRecommend improvements in network, identity, and infrastructure security.\n\nWhat we look for\nRequired\n3+ years of experience in information security, including deploying security solutions, security of application in corporate environment.\n\nStrong understanding of attacker techniques, threat landscapes, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.\n\nBroad technical expertise in:\nEndpoint and platform security (Windows, Linux, mobile)\n\nIdentity and access management (IAM), PKI, encryption/tokenization, data protection\n\nCloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nNetwork security (web proxies, reverse proxies, load balancing, IDS/IPS, firewall, wireless, and remote connectivity, TCP/IP protocol, and remote access security techniques/products)\n\nExcellent communication skills-both written and verbal.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.\n\nHigh integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.\n\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, FISMA, SOX).\n\nOverview of NIST standards and security architecture frameworks (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF).\n\nExperience in security operations or incident analysis.\n\nCertifications\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)\n\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional - Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP)\n\nCertified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)\n\nCertified Information Security Manager (CISM)\n\nCertified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)\n\nCertified Ethical Hacker (CEH)\n\nCisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security)\n\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)\n\nCisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security)\n\nCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)\n\nServer Platform Certifications (Microsoft, Linux)\n\nOur salary and benefits\nThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2,700 - €4,215 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
