as SAP, data platforms, and middleware services\n\nPerform unit testing, support system integration testing, UAT, deployment preparation, release management, and post-go-live support\n\nTroubleshoot Salesforce production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions or workarounds\n\nPrepare technical documentation, deployment notes, knowledge transfer materials, and support guidance for business and IT teams\n\nWhat we look for\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related majors is required\n\nA minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with solid hands-on experience in enterprise-level SFDC implementation or enhancement projects\n\nStrong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce modules\n\nExperience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, batch jobs, and data synchronization is required\n\nExperience in Salesforce release management, deployment tools, sandbox management, change sets, metadata deployment, or DevOps practices is preferred\n\nAbility to independently analyze technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide robust and maintainable solutions\n\nExperience working with SAP, pricing systems, reporting platforms, or other enterprise applications is a plus\n\nGood communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate with business users and IT teams across regions\n\nStrong ownership, problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies\n\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform App Builder are
