You will perform a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of enhancing employee engagement, safety and health, productivity and ensuring employee compliance with company policies in a manufacturing facility.\nWho You Are\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow. This position offers hands-on experience with innovative technology and opportunities for long-term career development.\nResponsibilities\n*Responsibilities are subject to change based on shifting business needs\nResponsible for the set-up, calibration, and operation of machines used in the production processes.\n\nWork from verbal or written instructions through SOP’s or work instructions.\n\nInspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.\n\nPerform routine maintenance and cleaning.\n\nSet up and operate a CNC production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.\n\nUse computer-controlled equipment to select and operate laser cutting machines specialized for metal sheet stack forging.\n\nControl and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications.\n\nInspect material and products to strict quality standards and communicate any discrepancies at any point in the production process.\n\nCollaborate with engineers and support staff on R&D projects and process improvements.\n\nThis role requires 5 days onsite per week.\n\nQualifications\nEffective verbal and listening communications skills.\n\nTime management skills.\n\nAbility to read schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams.\n\nCritical eye for identifying defects.\n\nCommitment to quality and safety.\n\nAbility to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job.\n\nAbility to complete daily activities according to work schedule.\n\nAbility to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and occasionally perform strenuous physical labor.\n\nAbility to work within ITAR-controlled environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years in manufacturing experience.\n\nPower tool experience is preferred.\n\nExperience working in ISO-controlled or other regulated manufacturing environments.\n\nFamiliarity with any of the following is a plus: metrology, 3D printing, robotics, CNC machining, and spreadsheet software.\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $27.35 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
