propositions, and support the preparation of high-quality proposals.\nParticipate in tendering and bidding activities in coordination with the pre-sales team.\nPresent technical security solutions clearly and confidently to customers and stakeholders.\nWork across targeted verticals to expand market share and strengthen customer engagement.\nMap and manage stakeholders across Contractor, Consultant, and End User levels to improve win rates.\nHow you will do it\nOwn opportunities end to end with accountability, safety, and integrity as you manage your pipeline from qualification through to close.\nStay close to the customer and the work by understanding client priorities, competitor activity, and project requirements before shaping your approach.\nBuild compelling, customer-focused proposals that connect technical capabilities with clear business value.\nImprove every day through candor and problem-solving by learning from customer feedback, market changes, and sales outcomes.\nWin as one team by collaborating with pre-sales colleagues and coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and end users.\nManage multiple priorities with discipline through strong planning, follow-up, and time management.\nWhat we look for\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a background in Security System Sales.\n2-3 years of experience in Security Systems sales in the UAE market.\nExperience in designing technical solutions, selecting equipment, and advising customers on security system options.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets.\nStrong sales drive, determination, and a results-oriented mindset.\nAbility to deliver technical solution presentations to customers and stakeholders.\nStrong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent English communication skills.\nValid UAE driving license.\nIt would also be an advantage to bring experience with tendering and bidding processes in the security systems market, along with exposure to CCTV, Access Control Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, Command & Control Center Solutions, Video Analytics, or other ELV
