Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nWhat you will do:\nThe Sales Support Administrator role is accountable for virtually all aspects of processing orders secured by the sales team and ensuring booking packages are completed within a 30-day period of order date.\nThe individual is the main point of contact for sales to resolve gaps in booking materials, order information, customer master data, and payment/billing details for orders they process.\nThe Sales Support Administrator roles will report to local sales managers and have joint accountability to the Fire Domain program leader.\nHow you will do it:\nBooking Motions - Processing Orders from Customers to JCI through our branch sellers\nPre- upload review\nReview Booking Checklist for each job\nSales Admin gathers missing items OR pushes back to salesperson PRIOR to submission\nEnsure Original proposal and contract/PO\nReview PO for accuracy and content\nPursue Customer signatures\nCreate/Align Accurate Customer Master\nNew Customer creation in ERP\nObtain Certificates\nInsurance Certificate\nTax Exempt Certificate\nValidating credit level\nInitiate Legal Review\nEnsure the DOA process for booking is followed and all approvals are obtained\nWork through the Government compliance process and approval\nProcess Change Orders\n NON-Booking motions\nCoach sellers for process improvement\nWeekly call on booking progress\nMonthly Metrics review Supervisors and Sales Leaders\nFirst Pass Yield of orders through the process\nDeals left after close\nAged POs\nLetter of Intent booking resolution\nBid and Performance Bond Requests\nPre-Qualification for pre bids\nSupport Dispute Management as needed\nOTC Management\nContribute to delivering the annual secured volume by acting as a strong liaison between the Sellers, Sales leaders, Sales BPLs, and the Sales Support Admin personnel. Maintain awareness on results and countermeasures for underperforming markets. Support the domain and OTC team by building targeted improvement plans.\nWhat we look for:\n5-10 years related order processing, office management, AR, AP and/or credit.\nProficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software.\nStrong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.\nEffective and professional communication and organization skills.\nExperience using Sales Force.\nParalegal experience, preferred.\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $36.44-50.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
