This role is suited to an early-career engineer who enjoys working across teams, managing technical detail, and helping deliver accurate solutions for medium and high-complexity projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Sales and Engineering teams on pre-sales projects by preparing technical inputs for selection, submittals, scope letters, and quotes.\nAssist with Request for Proposals by reviewing requirements, supporting pricing activities, and coordinating the technical response.\nApply value engineering by recommending equipment or technologies that align with the client’s needs and project objectives.\nProvide support to internal and external engineering teams on medium and high-complexity projects.\nPrepare clear and professional technical documentation that helps move opportunities forward.\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external customers, and peers throughout the proposal cycle.\nHow You Will Do It\nWork closely with Sales, Engineering, and customers to clarify scope early and keep proposals aligned with project needs.\nOwn your deliverables with accountability and integrity, meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and high-quality output.\nStay close to the workby reviewing technical details carefully and removing obstacles before they affect the proposal timeline.\nUse practical value engineeringto recommend solutions that balance technical fit, customer requirements, and project constraints.\nImprove every dayby learning from feedback, sharing ideas openly, and strengthening your technical judgment on each project.\nQualifications\nProfessional degree in Electronic, Industrial Maintenance or Electromechanical Engineering.\n0-2 years of experience in engineering-related activities in CCTV or security design.\nBasic knowledge of electronic security systems such as access control, video, intrusion, fire alarm, and building automation.\nIntermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.\nAbility to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.\nEffective and professional communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and peers.\nGeneral business English level at B2 or above.\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting RFPs, submittals, scope letters, or quoting in security projects.\nWillingness to deepen your knowledge of electronic security design best practices and equipment.\nWhy Join Us\nYou will join a collaborative environment where technical learning, customer focus, and teamwork support project success.
