This includes understanding customer requirements and translating them into end-to-end security solutions (Access Control, CCTV, Perimeter Intrusion Detection) with clear costing, timelines, and resource planning.\nThe role will also involve engagement with customers alongside the business development team to present technical capabilities, solution architecture, and project approach.\nHow you will do it:\nProvide technical support by responding to customer requirements with detailed analysis of security system design, including system architecture, hardware selection, and integration approach\nDevelop design proposals, system layouts, and compliance with project specifications to meet customer needs\nWork closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to align solutions, costing, and delivery feasibility\nPrepare technical submissions, drawings, and proposals, including system schematics and high-level design documentation\nPerform cost estimation based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements\nGenerate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accuracy for proposal submissions\nProvide technical presentations to customers on proposed solutions\nWork collaboratively across functions to ensure solution standardisation and best practices\nKnowledge of Johnson Controls security solutions will be an advantage\nWhat we look for:\nBachelor's Degree in Process & Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 year relevant working experience\nStrong knowledge in security systems (e.g. CCure, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, etc.)\nExperience in system integration and security solution design for commercial, industrial, or critical infrastructure projects\nFamiliarity with networking fundamentals, servers, and system architecture\nBasic programming / configuration experience (e.g. access control logic, system integration, or API-based platforms) is an advantage\nExperience in pre-sales, proposal, or application engineering role preferred\nWilling to travel for site visits and customer engagement across
