The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services. You will work on developing scalable ML models, deploying AI solutions, and deriving actionable insights from large datasets.\nHow you will do it\nDesign, build, and evaluate machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and NLP use cases.\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines using Python and Azure Data Factory / Azure Databricks for ETL and feature engineering.\nDeploy ML models on Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) using endpoints, pipelines, and MLflow tracking.\nCollaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, availability, and governance across Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse Analytics.\nApply AI/GenAI capabilities (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) to build intelligent applications and automation workflows.\nMonitor model performance in production, identify drift, and implement retraining strategies.\nTranslate business requirements into data science problem statements and communicate findings to stakeholders.\nParticipate in code reviews, documentation, and adherence to ML Ops best practices.\nWhat we look for\nRequired:\nBachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.\n8+ years in data science/analytics with a proven record of delivering impactful insights/products.\nProficiency in Python or R; experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.\nSolid ML knowledge (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).\nExperience with data visualization (matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau) and SQL databases.\nExcellent problem-solving, detail-oriented, able to work independently and in fast-paced teams.\nStrong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience with distributed data/compute (Snowflake, Spark, MySQL, etc.).\nAzure/Azure ML experience is mandatory; data engineering skills (pipelines, warehousing, integration).\nProficiency with Git and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).\nUnderstanding of ethics, privacy, bias, and fairness in data science.\nDemonstrated ability to work across multiple specialties in a “one-team” environment.\nBroad experience across technical disciplines.\nPreferred:\nExperience with big data tech (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nNLP techniques and tools.\nA/B testing methodologies and experimental design.\nPublications or conference/journal presentations.\nCertifications in data science or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified ML, Google Professional Data Engineer).\nOur salary and benefits\nThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2430 - €3800 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
