Only US citizens and/or Permanent Residents of the US will be considered, as sponsorship is not available for this position.\nHow you will do it\nProject Coordination & Management\nOnce a project is won, lead a cross-functional team of engineers to ensure the successful execution of the project.\n\nProactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nSupport clear, proactive communication with customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving technical challenges efficiently\n\nCollaborate closely with sales and technical sales teams during handover phases to ensure continuity and a deep understanding of customer expectations\n\nDrive project success by aligning internal engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders around clear objectives and deliverables.\n\nThermal Architecture & Feasibility\nDevelop novel thermal-fluid solutions and concepts that map our capabilities to customer needs.\n\nParticipate in initial analysis and feasibility assessments to determine if a customer's problem is a strong fit for our technology.\n\nDistill insights from projects to help inform the product and technology roadmap.\n\nWhat you will need\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or a related field\n\n5+ years of experience\n\nExpertise in thermal management, heat transfer, and related system design principles\n\nExperience in a customer-facing capacity (e.g., applications, sales, or field engineering)\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead and oversee technical projects\n\nExperience in project management fundamentals, with a focus on execution, including requirements definition, risk management, and schedule oversight\n\nPreferred\nA graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field with a focus on thermal fluids\n\nExperience in a manufacturing setting\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles\n\nExport Control Requirement: This position may require access to information, technology, technical data, software, or other items subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Any offer of employment for this position may be contingent upon the candidate's ability to obtain and maintain any required export authorization or eligibility to access controlled items.\nHIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $145,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
