business results, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs Transportation Analyst Europe, you'll play a pivotal role in improving transportation effectiveness, service performance, and cost efficiency across the region.\nTransportation Optimization\nAnalyze transportation and logistics data from multiple sources to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.\nMonitor carrier performance and conduct root cause analysis to address service and operational issues.\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transportation performance.\nAct as an escalation point for operational transportation challenges.\nSupport carrier onboarding activities, transportation compliance audits, and RFQ processes.\nServe as the primary contact for our external freight audit and payment provider.\nData & Performance Management\nDevelop, automate, and continuously improve transportation KPI dashboards and reporting solutions.\nBuild insightful reports using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.\nTrack key transportation metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.\nPrepare and facilitate freight review meetings with internal customers and business partners.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nWork closely with Logistics Procurement teams to maximize transportation value and leverage regional spend.\nPartner with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to drive performance improvements.\nCollaborate with our Logistics Support Team in Chennai, India.\nCommunicate project progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders across Europe.\nWhat You'll Bring\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree (HBO level)\nMinimum 5 years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or supply chain\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nExperience with Power BI\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nFluent English, both written and spoken\nPreferred Qualifications\nDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field\nAdvanced Power Query skills\nExperience working with Freight Audit & Pay providers\n Experience in
