We care deeply about quality, performance, and a great developer experience - supported by clean architecture, code generation, linters, templates, and test-driven development.\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe don’t believe in checklists - but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:\n5+ years of backend development experience.\n2+ years of experience with a strongly typed language or TypeScript.\nStrong experience with RDBMS (raw queries or via ORM).\nSolid background in unit and integration testing.\nExperience with message brokers (SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, etc.).\nBonus: Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, GCP or AWS, gRPC and protobufs.\nBonus: Strong grasp of SOLID principles.\nBenefits\nOur Values\nImpact Over Effort - We optimize for outcomes, not hours.
