This person will help ensure the office remains operationally organized, visitor-ready, and properly supported during business hours.\nSchedule\nThis is an onsite role based in our San Francisco office during posted business hours:\nTuesday-Friday\n10:00 AM-5:30 PM\nWhat will you do as a Workplace Operations Coordinator?\nMaintain a consistent onsite presence during business hours\n\nSupport onsite operational readiness during external visits and reviews\n\nProcess and distribute incoming mail and packages\n\nCoordinate and ship employee gifts and company swag\n\nCoordinate basic workplace upkeep and office organization needs\n\nManage office access, including coordinating visitor entry and employee access support\n\nHelp keep the office organized, stocked, operationally ready, and running smoothly\n\nProvide operational and administrative coordination support across teams as needed\n\nCoordinate with building management and external vendors as needed\n\nSounds exciting?
