We have received numerous awards for our exponential growth, innovation, and as a \"Great Place to Work.\"\nAbout the Role\nForma is looking for a Program Manager, Financial Operations to own the operational backbone of how member funds move through our platform - pre-tax contributions and investments, our pre- and post-tax card programs, and member tax documentation - and to manage the vendor relationships that power that infrastructure.\nYou'll be the person who understands how money actually moves through Forma's systems, catches and resolves issues before they reach members, and works daily with banking operations and engineering to keep things running and make them better over time.\nYou Will\nMaintain financial plans and forecasts\n\nOwn end-to-end fund flow operations for member funds, including HSA contributions, Forma's pre- and post-tax card programs, and related tax documentation.\n\nManage the day-to-day operational relationship with Forma's financial infrastructure vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for each.\n\nTriage and resolve daily escalations related to fund flows, card operations, and vendor issues, coordinating with Engineering and Support as needed.\n\nPartner with banking operations to identify gaps and streamline day-to-day processes.\n\nLead or support technical project management for vendor integrations, platform changes, and operational improvements.\n\nMonitor fund flow and vendor data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.\n\nSupport tax documentation processes and vendor coordination to ensure accurate, timely member tax forms.\n\nProvide member-level data and analysis to support invoicing and other cross-functional finance needs.\n\nPreferred Skills\n5+ years in operations, financial operations, or technical program/project management, ideally in fintech, HR tech, or benefits administration.\n\nExperience managing vendor or banking/financial infrastructure relationships, ideally including owning or negotiating contracts with major financial institutions (e.g., JPMC or similar).\n\nStrong background in B2B invoicing and billing operations, including working knowledge of billing platforms.\n\nStrong data analytics skills - able to pull, interpret, and act on operational data.\n\nExperience with escalation management and cross-functional issue resolution in a technical or platform-driven environment.\n\nExcellent executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial detail for non-finance stakeholders.\n\nComfort working directly with engineering and technical teams on integrations and operational tooling.\n\nFamiliarity with HSA administration, card programs, payments infrastructure, or banking-as-a-service platforms a plus.\n\nComfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes and cross-functional dependencies.\n\nBenefits and Perks\nRemote-first working environment\n\nMedical, dental and vision insurance plans\n\nEmployee wellness program\n\nOne-time home office stipend\n\n401(k) savings plan\n\nFlexible PTO policy\n\n12 weeks Parental Leave + 4 additional weeks for the Birthing Parent\n\nAt Forma, we value diversity, and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
