As a Growth & Ops Intern on our Programs & Livestreams teams, you'll work directly alongside the people running Leland's live programming: keeping livestreams running smoothly, helping deliver world-class programs, and making sure every customer has an exceptional experience. If you're a scrappy, reliable operator who can execute high-quality work, you'll find real ownership here.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nLivestreams\nCoordinate with livestream hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual logistics, schedules, and technical needs\n\nSupport virtual livestreams by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions\n\nMaintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platforms\n\nExecute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly schedule\n\nMonitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactively\n\nAssist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-up\n\nPrograms\nHelp instructors get set up and ready before each session, keeping things on track so the experience feels seamless for students\n\nSupport the development of course materials, including syllabi, slide decks, and customer communications, using an established playbook\n\nAssist with student-facing communications before, during, and after sessions\n\nFor the right intern, opportunity to directly kick off bootcamp sessions.
