If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting it right every time, this role is for you!\nWhat you'll be doing\nFollow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operational guidelines.\nMaintaining compliance with our practice standards.\nChecking dispensed prescriptions and sending out orders via our couriers.\nManaging the Pharmacy near misses and creating action plans.\nWorking with the Risk and Safety team to root cause and resolve incidents.\nWorking proactively with Service and other internal teams to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.\nProactive problem-solving and innovation, contributing towards service development and patient experience.\nWorking with the Pharmacy Manager to train and develop the Pharmacy workforce.\nCollaborating with the Pharmacy Manager and Supply Chain team to manage inventory.\nWhat we need from you\nYou must be registered with the pharmacy regulator (GPhC).\nHold a recognised Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification (or active enrolment in an accredited ACT training programme).\nDemonstrate high levels of professional expertise.\nConfident working to strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.\nHave a passion for pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.\nHave a love of working collaboratively with a team-centred approach.\nHave excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.\nRole model communication skills;
