If you like delivering high-quality digital care while balancing clinical safety, efficiency, and patient experience, this role is for you!\nWhat you'll be doing\nDeliver high-quality virtual consultations via live messaging and phone calls, providing evidence-based guidance for weight loss treatments\nApply clinical expertise to ensure patient safety while efficiently managing a high volume of consultations\nMaintain exceptional standards of patient care while meeting service level agreements and efficiency targets\nBalance efficiency with quality care across multiple patient interactions without compromising clinical standards\nCommunicate with empathy to support patients through challenging treatment experiences\nAdapt quickly to new systems, processes, and clinical protocols in a fast-paced digital environment\nAble to work independently with strong self-management, prioritisation, and resilience in a demanding role\nWhat we need from you\nCurrent registration as a healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC)\nMinimum 2 years of patient-facing healthcare experience.\nExperience in telemedicine, digital healthcare, or remote patient consultations.\nExperience performing patient assessments or triage\nStrong digital literacy and comfort with healthcare technology platforms\nProven ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions whilst maintaining quality care\nKnowledge of weight management and/or men's health conditions\nExperience with patient prioritisation and efficient workflow management\nAvailability & Shift Requirements:\nHours: Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week (ideally 37.5 hours / full time), on a permanent basis.\nDays: Must be available to work every Saturday or Sunday (or both!) on a weekly basis, alongside other weekdays specified in your chosen pattern (excluding Thursdays).
