what metrics mean, what the data is actually telling you, and how to communicate it clearly\nYou're curious and self-driven, comfortable exploring datasets to uncover insights and answer difficult questions\nYou're a natural communicator who can translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations\nYou collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and take ownership end-to-end\nYou're excited about working in a fast-paced environment and motivated by the idea that your work helps improve patient outcomes at scale\nWhat you will do\nTranslate data into insight\nConduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions from stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Clinical and Programme teams\nIdentify trends, patterns and anomalies in operational and clinical data that impact service delivery and patient outcomes\nPresent findings in clear, compelling ways that drive decision-making across the organisation\nBuild and maintain dashboards & reports\nDesign and build dashboards in Looker that track key metrics across the business - from programme delivery KPIs to financial performance\nDevelop automated reports that keep stakeholders informed without requiring manual updates\nEnsure dashboards are accurate, performant and easy to navigate for end users\nContribute to data quality & modelling\nWrite clear, optimised SQL to query and manipulate data reliably\nCollaborate with the Data Engineering team on data modelling, dbt transformations and data governance\nIdentify and escalate data quality issues and help ensure consistency across systems\nHelp define and track metrics that matter, ensuring every KPI is well understood and correctly calculated\nPartner across teams\nWork closely with stakeholders across Operations, Clinical, Finance and Programme Delivery to understand their data needs\nCommunicate complex data concepts in a way that's accessible to non-technical stakeholders\nHelp drive adoption of data-driven thinking and self-serve analytics across the organisation\nWhat we need from you\nAt least 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst or similar analytics role\nProficiency in SQL - you can write queries to explore, filter, join and aggregate data reliably\nExperience with at least one BI/visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)\nFamiliarity with modern data stacks and tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, dbt are all helpful)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail\nExcellent communication skills -
