the analytical team\nExecute daily maintenance and operational checks on pre-analytical equipment to prevent downtime, keeping accurate logs and records\nEnable the procurement, stock rotation, and stewardship of sensitive reagents and laboratory consumables\nInput and verify patient data within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with zero margin for error\nOversee the safe disposal of clinical waste and maintain strict adherence to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) standards\nIdentify and resolve pre-analytical discrepancies (e.g., haemolysis, insufficient volume) through direct communication with senior laboratory staff\nParticipate actively in internal audits and \"Lean Lab\" initiatives to continuously refine standard operating
