As we continue to expand across our Weight Loss and TRT categories, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient support while helping us scale our tools and processes to meet the needs of a growing patient community.\nAs a Dutch-speaking Patient Experience Specialist, you’ll be a key point of contact for our Dutch-speaking patients, guiding them throughout their journey and championing their needs across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to solve meaningful problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape a patient experience that builds trust, encourages recommendations and supports Voy’s mission to make healthcare more accessible.\nWhat you'll do\nDeliver exceptional, personalised support to patients, resolving queries and concerns with empathy, efficiency and care.\nGuide Dutch-speaking patients throughout their journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident in their healthcare experience.\nTake ownership of patient queries, following issues through to resolution and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and remove barriers in the patient journey.\nIdentify opportunities to improve patient support processes, making them more efficient, effective and scalable.\nShare patient feedback and insights with relevant teams to help improve our products, services and overall patient experience.\nAdapt to changing priorities and help the Patient Experience team navigate the challenges of a rapidly growing business.\nContribute to building a patient experience that strengthens trust in Voy and encourages patients to recommend our services to others.\nWho you are\nYou are fluent in Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have strong English communication skills.\nYou have experience in a customer support or customer-facing role, ideally within a scaling technology startup or healthtech environment.\nYou are empathetic and patient-focused, with a genuine passion for solving problems and helping people.\nYou take full ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments and remain effective in ambiguous or challenging situations.\nYou are an excellent communicator who can explain information clearly and adapt your approach to different patient needs.\nYou are highly organised, manage competing priorities effectively and pay close attention to detail.\nYou have a growth mindset, actively seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve your work and processes.\nYou are excited about healthcare and Voy’s mission, and are comfortable working in a hybrid role from our London Bridge office three days per
