This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting, or operations, who is eager to take on cross-functional challenges and drive strategic initiatives that directly impact care delivery.\nYou’ll work closely with clinicians, product teams, and operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute projects that help our clinical teams perform at their best.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive strategic projects across operations-from process improvement and resource planning to scaling new care models.\nUse data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product, Data, Commercial, and Clinical to ensure initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.\nDesign and implement operational processes that support efficiency, quality, and scalability.\nSupport business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for clinical operations.\nWho you are \n2-4 years of experience in consulting, start-up operations, generalist operations, or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
