This role is ideal for someone with 4-7 years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting, or operations, who is eager to take on cross-functional challenges and drive strategic initiatives that directly impact care delivery.\nYou’ll work closely with commercial, product teams, and operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute projects that help our Patient Experience teams perform at their best.\nWhat You’ll Do\n- Own the activations funnel post consultation-from reporting, process improvement and resource planning to scaling new strategies.\n- Use data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.\n- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product, Data, Commercial, and Clinical to ensure initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.\n- Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting for Patient Experience operations.\nWho you are \n- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, start-up operations, generalist operations, or a similarly analytical and fast-paced environment.\n- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
