leveraging insights to iterate and improve strategies over time.\n\nWhat we need from you\nYou have 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or other related areas.\n\nYou have analytics experience in building financial models and defining performance tracking to measure the success of your initiatives.\n\nYou have bias for action and a track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment.\n\nYou excel as a generalist who can build the overarching strategy and go deep into specific issues and processes to drive continuous improvement.\n\nYou bring structure, organisation, and focus to your work and work with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, marketing, finance, and legal.\n\nYou have a
