You can learn more about our Company, Culture and Values here: https://careers.evercommerce.com/us/en\nWe are seeking a Category Management Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Category Management team throughout the sourcing, contracting, and supplier lifecycle.\nThe entry-level position is designed to develop foundational knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration through hands-on experience and collaboration with the Category Management team. The coordinator partners closely with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support efficient procurement processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver a positive supplier and stakeholder experience while preparing for future growth into an Associate Category Manager role.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide administrative and operational support to the Category Management team throughout the sourcing, contracting, and supplier lifecycle.\nPrepare procurement documentation, reports, presentations, and sourcing materials to support category initiatives.\nAssist with spend analysis, market research, supplier research, and category data collection to support strategic sourcing activities.\nCoordinate supplier onboarding and offboarding activities by collecting required documentation, tracking progress, maintaining accurate supplier master data, and serving as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure vendor records remain current and compliant.\nMaintain accurate supplier, contract, and category information across procurement systems and repositories.\nAdminister the corporate credit card program by coordinating new card requests, account maintenance, cardholder changes, limit updates, cancellations, and policy compliance.\nReview routine, low-risk supplier agreements using approved templates and playbooks, escalating non-standard terms to Category Managers or Legal.\nCoordinate contract review, approval, execution, and document retention in accordance with company policies.\nMonitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and administrative activities to support effective contract lifecycle management.\nCoordinate procurement activities and communications among Category Management, Procurement Operations, Legal, Finance, suppliers, and business stakeholders.\nRespond to routine category management/sourcing inquiries and route complex requests to the appropriate team members.\nCompile procurement metrics, contract status, supplier onboarding data, and other reports to support business decision-making.\nContribute to continuous improvement by maintaining procurement templates, documentation, and standardized processes while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency\nSkills and Experience needed for success in this role:\nBachelor’s degree in supply management, Business, Finance, or related field. \n0-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing contract administration, vendor management or administrative support role. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.\nStrong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively across departments.\nExposure to Coupa procurement systems preferred. \nWhere:\nThe EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions.
