We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised and confident Workplace Coordinator (FTC) to join our team. Working with many different people and across departments, this essential position keeps things running like clockwork in our head office in the heart of Battersea.\nThis is a fixed-term contract with an expected end date of 01/12/2027.\nA peek into your daily adventures:\nFront of House & Visitor Experience\nMeets and greets visitors, couriers and new team members.\n\nActs as first point of contact for calls, queries and message taking, in and outside the office.\n\nPost, Deliveries & Office Supplies\nKeeps packages moving - we get a lot of samples delivered each day and send a lot of parcels out too.\n\nOrders, keeps inventory of and distributes office supplies and groceries.\n\nMeeting Spaces & Communications\nHelps keep meeting and communal spaces clear and tidy, assists with room bookings, organising refreshments and prepping rooms in advance.\n\nMaintains employee noticeboards and works with different departments to keep them fresh and updated with newsletters, recognition and new starter welcomes.\n\nSupports with ideas and planning for office social events as part of the socials team.\n\nSupports Retail Operations with customer gift card orders, and other teams with event planning and delivery.\n\nFacilities & Health & Safety\nActs as a point of contact for our cleaners where there are any queries.\n\nLooks after petty cash, office Oyster cards and foreign currency.\n\nSupports our H&S lead with ad hoc tasks and maintains the list of first aiders and fire marshals.\n\nKeeps a list of office safety equipment and maintains our H&S platform (Atlas).\n\nEnsures all H&S documentation for head office is kept up to date and assists in arranging checks and maintenance where needed.\n\nOrganises office and employee support and accessibility over the holiday period.\n\nLiaises with our property manager and landlord regarding any repair requests, alarm issues or scheduled upkeep visits.\n\nProvides occasional technical support for the IT team when needed (no experience required).\n\nPeople Team Support\nHelps maintain and update employee records across HR systems (e.g. OneAdvanced), ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity.\n\nSupports our People Assistant with system queries and troubleshooting and covers the role when needed.\n\nHelps produce regular and ad hoc reports (e.g. absence, headcount, and turnover).\n\nSkills that make you shine:\nMotivated and proactive approach, with an ability to work independently, a great eye for detail and a knack for identifying areas for improvement.\n\nAn interest in HR and People is desirable, but not essential\n\nFriendly, welcoming and confident personality - this role involves working with many different teams so you'll need to enjoy getting to know people.\n\nClear and proactive communication.\n\nActs as a brand ambassador, demonstrating our values, ethos, honesty and respect in every interaction.\n\nFosters collaboration and open, active listening.\n\nTakes ownership of all aspects of the role, proposing and driving improvements, and seeking to solve problems.\n\nJust to give you a taste of our culture, we’ll be looking for you to:\nBe a brand ambassador, safeguarding our values and ethos.\n\nDemonstrate honesty and respect in every interaction.\n\nFoster collaboration and open, active listening\n\nTake ownership of all aspects of the role.\n\nPerks and Benefits:\nHybrid Working - up to 3 days in our Battersea Office\n\nEnjoy 25 days' annual leave plus all bank holidays\n\nExtra day of annual leave for each year you’re with us, up to 38 days.\n\nIs it your birthday?
