Joko is a Paris-based consumer technology company and certified B Corp that runs an AI shopping app and browser extension offering automatic cashback, coupons, price alerts and gift cards at partner merchants online and in stores. It reports more than 6 million users and 10,000 merchants, has reached profitability in France and is expanding in the US with its Juno shopping assistant, with teams in Paris, Barcelona and New York. It hires product managers for its AI platform and catalog, software engineers, data analysts, account executives for partnerships, people and talent staff, finance managers and marketing interns.

At Joko, our mission is to we help consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 120 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 7 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts, we've kept expanding our products to make shopping smarter. Today, Joko is an AI shopping app: with Juno, our shopping assistant, users can find the right product at the best price in only a few seconds, with recommendations that get sharper the more they use it.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.

It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!

Our Product Team

Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:

  • Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.

  • Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.

  • Juno builds the next value proposition: an AI shopping assistant that finds the right product at the best price in seconds, backed by a universal catalog of what merchants actually sell.

  • AI Platform helps Joko become a state-of-the-art AI company from the inside, owning the internal agent infrastructure, automation layer, internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, security and operational scalability.

The AI Platform task force

AI Platform's mission is to turn Joko into a state-of-the-art AI company from the inside. The tribe builds the internal agent infrastructure that will let every team work faster, automate complex workflows, and create new 0-to-1 features with AI.

Its flagship product is Joker, Joko's internal AI teammate. Already live in Slack, Notion and Linear, Joker can understand context, use tools, act across systems, and take real work from idea to execution. The ambition is not just to automate repetitive tasks, but to make agents a new production layer for how Joko builds and operates.

For this to work at company scale, AI Platform also owns the backbone underneath: Gotham, the identity and permission layer that lets agents act with exactly the access of the person they work for; plus the internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, security, reliability and server-cost foundations that keep Joko fast, safe and scalable.

The tribe's users are the teams inside Joko. Its goal is simple: help them run extremely efficient processes, remove operational bottlenecks, and give the company the leverage it needs to scale in the coming years.

What you will do

As Product Manager for the AI Platform task force, you own your roadmap end to end. You will identify the highest-impact internal workflows to transform, define what should be automated or productized, build the roadmap yourself, and ship with a Product Designer and software engineers. You will report to Fabien, our VP Product, who leads the tribe. Your users sit a few desks away, which makes discovery fast and accountability unavoidable.

  • Build and own your roadmap: You will map what teams do today, where their processes break, what it costs them, and where AI or better tooling can create the most leverage. You will turn that discovery into a clear roadmap, prioritize it yourself, and be accountable for its impact.

  • Ship with Engineering: You will work very closely with software engineers to scope, sequence and deliver complex technical products. You will write clear specs, make trade-offs, unblock decisions, test what ships, and keep the team focused on real user impact.

  • Build the agent layer: The approach is capability first: expose an action as a scoped tool, write the instructions an agent needs to use it well, then let the agent run the job. Interfaces come only where they earn their place. Deciding what deserves a screen is a genuinely new kind of product judgment.

  • Own Joker use cases: You will identify where Joker can take work from idea to execution, automate end-to-end workflows, or help teams create new 0-to-1 features. You will turn these opportunities into production-grade products used every day.

  • Retire what should not exist: Part of the mandate is subtractive: migrating off tools that have outlived their purpose and progressively switching off legacy systems. You will sequence those migrations without breaking the teams that depend on them every day.

  • Design for trust and scale: You will work on permissions, reliability, security, compliance and data access as product problems. Agents must act safely, every action must be attributable, and the systems you ship must be robust enough for company-wide adoption.

  • Measure efficiency: You will define success in time saved, cost reduced, risk removed, and adoption by internal teams, and prioritise against it.

  • Align stakeholders: You will be the point of contact for internal stakeholders across Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care, structuring their demands and arbitrating between them.

Who we're looking for

  • Experience: You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager. A background on internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus.

  • Product for teams mindset: You are comfortable building for internal users, where the bar is efficiency, robustness and adoption. Problems nobody outside the company will ever see still energise you.

  • AI fluency - hands-on: This scope is being rebuilt around agents, so this criterion carries the most weight. You use AI tools daily in your own work, you understand what agents are actually good and bad at, and you have opinions about where automation belongs.

  • Strong technical appetite: You are curious and hands-on with infrastructure, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture. Coding is not required, but you need to understand how things work.

  • Stakeholder leadership: You are excellent at alignment, prioritization, and saying no. You can navigate many dependencies and make trade-offs explicit.

  • Analytical & pragmatic: You are data-driven, impact-oriented, and you go straight for the real operational problem.

  • Communication: You are a clear, structured communicator, able to translate complex technical topics into business impact.

  • Location: Based in France or Spain.

  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus, but it is optional.

  • Mindset: You are ownership-driven, resilient, and motivated by solving hard, unglamorous but high-impact problems that make the whole company better. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better.
