Responsibilities\nStrategic Planning:\nPartners with the EMEAA Head of Digital and Technology to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.\nDevelops and implements comprehensive IT security strategies.\nStandards, Governance, and Risk Management:\nDevelops enterprise standards, technology architecture, and IT operations governance processes.\nEnsures regulatory compliance and best practices in application and network security.\nConducts regular infrastructure and security audits, and risk assessments.\nService Management\nOversees the delivery of service requests\nResponds to all incidents, especially security incidents, and manage incident response processes.\nManages and maintains an inventory of all IT asset.\nProject and Portfolio Management:\nHelps the Head of Digital and Technology and Product Managers in planning, managing, and implementing of IT infrastructure and information security projects.\nEnsures opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement are executed\nDisaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning:\nDevelops, maintains, and manages comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations.\nAuthors and maintains BCP (business continuity procedures).\nLeads in testing DR and BCP.\nVendor Management:\nConducts product and vendor evaluations, manages strategic vendor partner relationships, and ensures best-in-class technologies.\nReviews and approves vendor contracts.\nOversees partner vendors of operations and information security.\nPerformance Monitoring and Reporting:\nMonitors service management, operations, and information security performance using key metrics and analytics, and makes data-driven decisions to optimize services being offered.\nCreates necessary reports and dashboards related to areas covered.\nJob Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.\nRelevant certifications in Information Security, Network Administration, or related areas are a plus.\nAt least 8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Information Security.\nProficient in using network management tools (e.g SolarWinds)\nStrong working knowledge of network infrastructure and security operations.\nFamiliarity with data privacy laws (preferred but not required).\nExperience coordinating with cybersecurity vendors and local IT teams.\nExposure to disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and performance monitoring.\nMust be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.\nJollibee Foods Corporation is the hiring entity for this
